Reflection: 

When I am troubled then that is the time that I need to remember to focus on Jesus and not on my troubles.  If I would only take a moment to look up and ask Jesus to come and be with me, and help me, He will do so.

Prayer: 

Lord Jesus, come to me, be with me, show me the right path to take and always be near me.  Amen.
